The process of organizational hierarchy is becoming increasingly important in public administrative systems. The primary goal of the state organization is to divide functions and powers among various levels. According to the scalar mechanism, dividing power between upper and lower levels of state organization is crucial. The scalar process of obeying superiors and issuing orders to inferiors is a sign of policy obligation that strengthens state administrative public bodies. Hierarchy is created by measuring different types of interactions between individuals and groups within organizations. The level of responsibility varies along with qualifications and salaries at different levels, resulting in superior and inferior hierarchical relationships within the organization. Every institution should have a clear chain of command, but it's unnecessary to rely on it as the sole means of communication. This research article will review the advantages and disadvantages of applying scalar principles to organizational hierarchies. | |
