ABSTRACT | ||
The Vedas are the world's most revered texts. The greatest Seer Vyasadeva divided this Veda into four groups. They are the Samaveda, Yajurveda, Atharvaveda, and Rigveda. There are four divisions in each Veda. These are the Upanisad, Samhita, Brahmana, and Aranyaka. Vedanta, which is the pinnacle of the entire Veda, is another term for the Upanisad or Brahmavidya. The commentary on the ten main Upanisads was written by Samkaracharya. According to many academics, Samkaracharya wrote the Svetasvataropanisad's commentary, which is why it is considered the most important Upanisad. In the first chapter of this six-chapter Svetasvataropanisad, the students query their master or Guru about the universe's creation theory. From the second mantra of the first chapter to the final mantra of the last chapter, the Guru then responds to his followers regarding the universe. In order to ensure the ultimate emancipation of human life, the Svetasvataropanisad is the source of Jnanamarga, Karmamarga, Dhyanamarga, and Bhaktimarga. Swami Vivekananda appeared during the nineteenth century of the Indian religious and spiritual movement, and he made the world aware of the significance of Indian ideas on Purushartha. In his brief life, he also authored numerous books and letters, and throughout his studies and analyses of Indian heritage and culture, particularly yoga philosophy, he frequently cited the Svetasvataropanisad. Therefore, it can be said that Swami Vivekananda was greatly affected by the Svetasvataropanisad, and that he used this significant work to describe the philosophy of yoga | ||
